Based on US consumer feedback and preferences, Smucker’s^® Uncrustables^® sandwiches were reformulated in 2017 to replace high fructose corn syrup with sugar. Please be assured, we were careful to maintain the delicious taste you and your family have come to love from Smucker’s^® Uncrustables^® sandwiches.

We do not recommend heating or microwaving Uncrustables^® sandwich varieties, as heating the filling inside can pose a safety hazard.

We suggest keeping our products frozen until ready to thaw. Thaw for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature for the best results and consume within 8 to 10 hours. We DO NOT recommend microwaving these sandwiches as the filling can become very hot and pose a safety hazard. Uncrustables^® sandwiches should not be thawed and refrozen. Once thawed, Uncrustables^® sandwiches may be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. However, refrigerating may dry out the bread. For best flavour and experience, we recommend eating within 8 to 10 hours of thawing.

Yes. Products are sold in the freezer aisle and can still be kept frozen at home if you prefer.

No. The new fridge friendly products are designed so you have the choice to either store them in the refrigerator for immediate enjoyment for up to five days or keep products frozen and thaw 30-60 minutes before eating. Always follow the storage instructions on packaging.
